A new escape shakes the City of Buenos Aires, where six detainees managed to escape from Police Station 3 in the Balvanera neighborhood. The incident has caused a big uproar, as it is the third escape in a span of 10 days. Authorities confirmed that the fugitives are Chilean nationals and are working hard to locate them.
In response to this event, Waldo Wolff will be questioned by the Unión por la Patria bloc to explain what happened. The minister will appear on Tuesday at 14:00 before the Security Commission of the city parliament, with the aim of clarifying recent events.
The escape took place at the police station located at Lavalle 2600, and the Monitoring Center, the Investigation area, and the City Police are collaborating in tracking cameras to capture the escapees. Among the six fugitives, the names of five of them have been revealed: Daniel Olivera, Matías Álvarez, Martín Alfredo Maldonado Villalobo, Díaz Contreras, and Solís Rojas.
